Just donโt buy eufy. It really has the worst customer service. They are terrific liers and will lie to the fullest extent to convince you to buy. When I was trying to buy the outdoor cam pro the customer support people were saying that it will be supported on the homebase 3 with AI features and they presented a webpage that tracks the updates. This page is full of lies, the dates have changed multiple times to now the customer support saying homebase 3 WILL NOT SUPPORT BIONIC MIND AI FEATURES.
Iโm done with eufy and in general Anker. I had bought the coupon for X10 Pro Omni but now with such replies from customer support, I have decided to not buy it.
I still like my Eufy cameras, but this seems par for the course with them. They promise things, quietly never do the thing, and when someone asks, say that it's coming, but they don't know when.

To be fair, the biggest selling point for me was the no subscription part. The AI was like icing on the cake, but then I realized it doesn't really work well anyway (I get notifications of a "human" at my front door that turns out to be a flower pot or wheel). It kinda sucks, but it didn't really affect me all that much because it wasn't what sold me.
I do agree though. If you're going to sell something with a feature, you should actually have that feature. I guess it can go both ways though; if you want that feature, don't rely on a company that says "yeah, it's coming eventually." I wouldn't buy it for that feature if it didn't already exist.
