HomeBase 3 sucks!?

I recently upgraded all of my cameras to s330 cams and 3c cams and my HomeBase to HomeBase 3 however they are all far worse than the s220 cams and the HomeBase two I had before? The cameras don’t detect well at all I’ve changed the settings so many times and they all will stop recording if motion stops but I have that turned off cuz I want it to record the whole video. The HomeBase is connected to my Ethernet but it never stays connect I always logon to the app and get “HomeBase is offline” and it won’t even let me see the live video feed it just says unable to play live video?? I don’t understand what I did wrong they all have string wifi signals and are connected to the HomeBase?
