I have no idea how to get better at jacks

Well, actually i'm now a osu 7k only player(5-6*, I kind of gave up on 4k rip), but I am posting here because I don't know where else to ask
So, Idk, my jack just suck, thats it, its so damn slow, its even f***ing me up in 7k(like maniera etc), thats why I want to improve it,when I was a 4k player, my chordjack range was 23-24, but single tap jack, just awful.. I could barely play 19's..How do y'all improve this skill? I tried many different wrist positions, none is working :(
