Not just here but in the cricut, Silhouette, laser engraving groups, any machine group or Etsy group this subject should pinned at the top.
The amount of times per day that I read about "waaah! My shop was taken down without reason!", "waaah my listing was taken down without reason!" is mind boggling. Then people will argue tooth and nail that they didn't violate anything even when pointed out that they clearly indeed did. And usually you can't get through to them at all!
Just today a guy over on one of the fb engraving groups is whining about his thin blue line flag listing being taken down and warned about his store being taken down. I pointed out that there are two links for trademark and copyright use for "the thin blue flag" and who he needs to contact but he wasn't having any of it. Just continues to whine and say wrong and it's been in use since the 1800's and doesn't fall under any of that.
I say let these people have their shops and listings taken down. More business for the rest of us legit sellers.
Side note nothing to do with this; I HATE the new tax laws going into effect BUT on the other hand I'm prepared and I'm predicting there will be a ton less stores on Etsy, Amazon, etc
