Do you reach out to the buyer if you can’t complete an order or just cancel it?
Post Body

In short, I sell jewelry and someone purchased a necklace that I no longer have the charm for. I guess I sold out not realizing or simply can’t find it. I’ll usually reach out to the buyer to see if they’d like something else or a refund but not sure if this is standard or just to cancel?

It is also a guest account which, in the past, has made it more difficult to communicate with people.
