Customer ordered the exact same custom necklace 2 months ago. Would you reach out?

A customer ordered a custom necklace from me at the beginning of June. It is a custom necklace with a name on it. On July 30th she ordered the exact same necklace. I checked because the star came up as a previous buyer. She never left a review so I’m guessing it’s a matter of she lost or broke the necklace? Would you reach out to see if there was a problem with the first one or just proceed as normal with the order?
