So I've had my shop for about 8 months now and it's starting to pick up steam and getting regular sales. I offer free shipping on my vinyl stickers... So nothing new I get an order for some vinyl stickers. I go to click on order shipped and I get "Tracking number required"..... Wth?!? I've never gotten this before... I go back to check to see if the customer paid extra for a tracking number. Nope! Free shipping. So I message the person to tell them it will be extra. But I'm shipping out a bunch and figure eff it I'll just get the tracking assuming she'll pay.

I get a confusing message back asking what the charge is for and what order it was for. Wouldn't you know what you ordered? Then she says she doesn't want to pay for the tracking and says she'll cancel and report me. Wtf?! I tell her I didn't charge her extra and already shipped it out.

Now I read there is some scam where a scammer buys something cheap to get a tracking number for someone that bought something expensive they'll never get and the tracking number "proves" it was delivered so the unsuspecting buyer doesn't have a way of filing a complaint.
