my shop has all 5-4 star reviews (one 3-star but buyer didn’t read anything about the item) and last week, i finally got my first 1-star. here’s the kicker: buyer loved their order. i messaged to ask if it was a mistake to put in 1-star or if there was is an issue with their order i could help with. no reply.
i’m not too shaken as it’s a nice review (just a terrible star rating!) but my worry comes in over how it’s brought my entire overall shop rating from 5-stars to 4-stars. i have noticed my stats have dropped since and it’s slightly discouraging.
oh, well, i guess. part of having a shop.
