Shipping to different countries

If I have an item that I only want shipped to the United States, would all I need to do is delete any other countries from the shipping profile?
Wondering because I have to send the replacement order to Germany and if I were to copying item from my store with a German print provider, I would like for shipping to be anywhere but United States.
And would these duplicate items, save for the print provider and shipping options, only show up appropriately in the store to whomever is searching?
