I just found my original design that is a popular seller in my store on this Corkyshirt website. They literally copied my exact design, and copied my exact photos on Etsy. Literally took my photos from my listing and are using them. I’m mad AF.
Is there anything I can do? I’ve never heard of this website. I found out from doing a reverse image search because I noticed someone else on Etsy copied my design as well, except they changed the font.
I’m scared of things like this because I heard Etsy is taking down sellers’ original designs because they’re being found on websites like Temu and AliExpress. What’s going on with these dumb Etsy AI bots? The current CEO is ruining the platform! We need HUMANS with LOGIC to oversee these issues. I was reading on this sub someone got a bunch of their listings with THEIR original designs taken down on Etsy because they’re found on Temu. These people cannot be stopped from copying us, but why is Etsy allowing this situation to screw over its sellers?

Thanks for the feedback! The thing that gets me is Etsy sellers are suffering when it’s their original designs. Therefore, I don’t think AI bots are the answer. You’re right- how can one tell who is the original design owner? Also, how can the bot know? I feel like Etsy shouldn’t be taking things down unless there’s a report and a human actually looks into it. Even then, it’s hard to tell who is the original design owner. So, I don’t know if Etsy immediately taking these listings down is the answer since it seems they can’t even prove who the original owner is…. Yeah, it would take a lot for a person to look into each claim, but at least its sellers wouldn’t be treated unfairly.
