Her contradictory messages, did her friend wear or NOT wear the necklace? Including the processing time, it took around 3 weeks for delivery (using standard Canada Post mailing without tracking). My processing time is 1-2 weeks. She ordered July 11th and I shipped it July 20th. If you purchase a necklace from a store and it breaks, you would either A. Deal with it yourself or B. Return it for a refund, so I fail to see the difference here? I’m not sure why the energy went from 0-100 so quickly anyway lol

Also, what’s Etsy’s policy on threatening with a bad review? Can I just report it after she leaves a review?
