I have two people I usually buy for but we are all at that age that we usually don't need much.
My 30 year old son is a job coach / classroom aide with special needs high school students. He's very involved in DnD (runs a club at school, is a paid DM for conventions and a member of a non profit group that does DnD events for autistic youth.). He loves classic horror - think Frankenstein, and other movie monsters, as well as some of the more recent cinematic monsters - Freddy, Chucky, Jason, etc.
He has a lot of misc items that sit around and collect dust. I don't want to get him something that will just sit on the shelf. He's got plenty of dice and other DnD items. I'm really not sure what to get him.
I did order him a couple of prints, so maybe some frames? window clings might be good as well. I could see him switching out window clings from time to time. Shower curtain is another thing I could see myself giving him. He still lives at home (housing costs are too much at the moment for him to leave).
The other man in my life, my SO is hard because he is so tall and he works at Amazon (he sees all the Amazon stuff all the time, so I try not to buy from there).
6'7", wears a 2xT in shirts and 44w/37 inseam in pants. I keep telling him I'm gonna give him a gag gift of those boxer shorts with the elephant nose. In reality would love to find him some graphic tees and some lounge pants in his size. (Or if you can customize for his size)
He's into anything Star Trek (original series preferred), Ghost Busters (1980s), things he can tinker with or make noises or music with (he's a big kid at heart and loves to press buttons). He found an Omnichord at a thrift store and took it apart and got it working again. He's mentioned wanting to find an old school record player (think late 1970s or earlier).
He doesn't like items that sit and collect dust. In the past I've given him the Star Trek books, These are the Voyages, he has all three volumes. I've also given him a behind the scenes book about Ghost Busters.
He loves documentaries, classic cars, classic Navy (he and his brothers all served), behind the scenes type information - like a schematic of an iconic car or ship.
(Also I keep teasing him that I'm gonna give him beads for his beard, it'd be fun to find something like that if it's inexpensive enough since it's mainly a gag gift).
Both of these guys love coffee and I'm definitely interested in coffee sellers. Other food items that might be of interest would be beef jerky (or other meats), seasonings, unique cookbooks.
Please tell me about your shop and put a link below so I can check out what you have.
If it's an item that I can't get before Christmas, our first date anniversary is coming up on New Years and then there's Valentine's Day. So if I see something that would be late arriving, I might get it for one of those other dates.
