I had received an order for (1) $10 Bath Product. I do not make very many sales and I am usually notified with the “cha-Ching” and a message on my locked screen. This time I did not and I overlooked the order, totally my fault. I tried to make it up to the customer by offering a free additional Bath Product, and a third bath product AS WELL as give her a full refund. She declined my offer and I requested a refund and I obliged. She was still able to give me a 1-Star review. I have always had 5 stars and now it is at 4. I did everything I could to make it right. I don’t feel like it is “fair” for her to be able to rate me based on a refunded transaction. Is there any options for me?
