Does Etsy's Algorithm Penalize You for Having a Mature Listing?

Most of my listings are pretty tame. However, I have one product I'd like to list that has a comical penis drawn on it.
Since I'm a fairly new shop, I'd hate to not be promoted by Etsy in general searches because I have one listing marked mature. Or if I didn't mark it as mature, and someone reported it or something.
