Tracking says it was delivered yesterday. I thought there was a chance it might have gotten re routed to my po box since some of my mail still gets re routed there. I checked and it's not there. I know it's not the sellers responsibility, they can't help what happens in transit. The item came from China to Oklahoma. It's a $235 custom dress. Am I just out that money and item? I'm not sure what to do.

Edit: Thank you all for the replies! Just to be double clear I never expected to be refunded, I know the seller can't control transit. I'm new to this and was just disappointed about possibly being out so much money. My fingers are crossed it arrives soon.

Edit: her China tracking number says it was delivered inside the mailbox parcel locker on Monday. The post office can't do anything or track it because they can't do anything with that tracking number. I don't know what to do.
