I got an order yesterday and the buyer chose standard shipping, but then messaged me and said they need the item by March 11th. They told me to ship it and then charge them for any additional cost. I responded and told them to let me know what kind of shipping they want (priority mail, priority mail express, etc.) so I can make a custom listing for the shipping upgrade. They still haven’t responded though, and I don’t want to do express shipping before they pay for it. What should I do? Just send it with the standard shipping they paid for? Cancel the order?
