I noticed my order hadn't shipped so I went in to check it and the listings and shop page no longer exists. It seems bizzare that etsy would even allow you to close a shop with an open order but it seems thats what they did.

I messaged the seller about it three days ago. Etsy policy is you can't open a case until you've messaged the seller and waited 48 hours for a reply. It's been well over 48 hours and I still can't open a case. When I click help with order it just takes me to message seller page. I clicked around a lot and can not get to opening a case.

Does anyone have any advice about opening a case or somehow contacting support? They don't make it easy!
