account suspended again

My account was suspended when I made my first sale, and I lost the sale. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake and they should not have suspended my account. Just made my first sale after the suspension was up, and my account is suspended again! Is it even worth trying to sell on etsy? Or should I just give up and go on a different platform?

Edit: Images are safe for commercial use by Cricut angel policy, no email was sent with a reason the same as last time. It's not Disney, its a heart that says mom.
