On the 4th I shipped out an item that the lady received on the 8th. She messaged me on the 16th claiming she never got it. I showed her the tracking number and it said it was in fact delivered on the 8th and that I won't refund her but can give her a discount on another purchase. (Yes my shop policies are this.) I told her it was most likely porch pirates. I ended up getting the package back yesterday from where she entered an invalid address. She is not responding to my messages now. Should I just refund her the price of product or refund both the product and shipping price? I don't have a policy for wrong addresses.
