And it was 1 Star :( I’m now worried that my Short lived Etsy career is now over

For reference, I exclusively sell digital PDF files (they are sent out as compressed zip files because I sell them in large bundles) and a lady gave me a 1 Star review saying that she could not get her zip files to open. I have had a few buyers before her with zero issues (they did not leave reviews but I did DM for verification and they enjoyed their purchases).

The kicker is that this person ordered a few weeks ago and messaged me saying that she had issues opening her files. When this happened, I directly emailed her the non-compressed files that she purchased. I’m not really sure what to do because her review said that she still can’t open her zip files after I re-sent the non compressed files to her (we emailed back and forth and I know for a fact that she received the purchased files in multiple formats).

I private messaged her on Etsy about the 1 Star review but am unsure what to do if she doesn’t respond back/if the review remains unchanged. My Etsy career is essentially over unless this gets fixed because it is the only review I have ever received (my other buyers have not left reviews).

I have considered private messaging previous buyers asking for reviews but I do not want to come off as desperate.

Any advice for what I should do here? Is my shop destroyed?
