Hi all,
I was hoping for help on how to word something back to a customer and ask what you would do in this situation.
I sold a pair of rose gold glittery earrings and the customer has emailed me saying that she wants to exchange them for a different color or return them. She is saying that she didn't want the 'pink style' and she attached the picture of what I sent her which is definitely our rose gold glitter style.
Due to the fact that they are earrings I can't resell them or give them away to someone else. I'm hesitant to just refund her because I sent the right pair, in the right amount of time and the listing states: "Please allow for slight variation in color due to differences in monitors"
Would you refund her whole order? Refund half of her order or offer her a discount on another pair? Tell her that it is the right pair and refuse both? This is one of my best selling styles and I haven't had anyone come back and say that the color was not what they expected.
Any advice? Thanks!!
