Help with wording a response to allergy questions
Post Body

I sell earrings on plastic posts. I started the shop because I have super severe metal allergies and cant wear metal earrings however plastic is no problem.

My most common customer question is along the lines of: "I have metal allergies, so does plastic posts mean I wont have a reaction".

The real answer is: Most likely yes, but I'm not a doctor and dont know you so I dont know.

I was hoping someone could help me finesse my response back. Currently I'm saying this:

"Hi! Thanks for your message.

Since every allergy is different, I can't say for sure how your ears will react to plastic post studs. My experience is that plastic posts usually do not bother the ears of those with metal allergies. I have a severe metal allergy and am able to wear them comfortably but again, every person is different!

Please let me know if you have any other questions, I'm happy to help. "

Any advice on better wording? I dont want to take responsibility if someone turns out to also be allergic to plastic, the glue I use, etc, but I also want to convey that if it's a metal issue you have, these earrings will probably be okay.

Thanks!
