Does anyone have an easier way to figure out cost per item?
Post Body
Hi all,
I'm wondering how everyone manages their cost per item. Right now I have an excel spreadsheet that me and the hubs put together that lists each component, cost per item then we have to manually have excel add them to figure out the cost of each item, how much our profit is after the listing fee/3.5% etc etc.
It's really labor intensive and I feel like (without sounding too informercially) there's gotta be a better way!
It's important to me to be knowledgeable on my margins and to try to run this like a business where the amounts matter (instead of more of a hobby where I just want to make sure to break even). Anyone have a better way than painfully, manually, adding everything together?
