Curious how you organize your items on your first page

Hi all!
I have a shop that sells plastic post earrings earrings and have a handful of different designs at different price points. After discovering the rearrange mode I've been constantly rearranging items to try to have a variety of my items/price points appear on my first page.
I'm curious how you have your items arranged or if you don't worry about it/ star the items you want people to see and let them go from there?
