So I have a vintage shop on Etsy (If I Were Jane) and I sold a pair of sunglasses to a woman. She leaves me a 3-star review because they didn't look right on her. This isn't really something I had any control over. The photos of the item were accurate about what they looked like. She even said the glasses were nice, but not for her. The rating seems a little unfair and I'm a new shop so I don't have many ratings yet. The other two are five star and I had a lady message me about how much she loved a top she bought so I thought I would message her asking nicely if she would mind leaving a review for me to try to up my ratings again. Is this something I should worry about? Or just chalk it up as something I can't really do anything about. Just bummed because it knocked down my rating so far.
