I havent been on Etsy in months and decided to look up a sweater with my bfs dog on it for his birthday. Sent a picture, everything was good they even sent an image back of how it would look.
I would say the dog i sent is pretty simple shes literally one color.
The seller proceeds to ask for MORE money, at this point im confused since my picture was well within policy? And they say its bc of more materials needed?
Please someone tell me if im crazy because this doesnāt make sense to me. Should I cancel the order? It hasnt been made yet clearly and im so confused on why they would say its $53 and then ask for another $10.
They had good reviews that even complimented their customer service but this threw me for a loop.
Thatās pretty fishy. Iām guessing since they say they need more materials, they mean either something went wrong and they have to buy another sweater, or they need to pick up some new thread colors to stitch it. Either way, those arenāt your problems, you paid the agreed upon price and itās on them to make sure they have what they need to fulfill it. If they make a mistake and ruin a sweater, thatās on them (Iāve got a whole box full of āoopsā sweaters, thatās just part of the business.)
