Hello, new buyer to Etsy here. Was wondering if an item I purchased from Ukraine was a scam or not. I purchased this item on April 5th, the item was a 75 dollar custom helmet. Now according to the tracking the last time it was tracked was on April 8th 11:18pm given over to further transport to be sent to it’s destination and it still says it’s there. It says the item could get here between the 19th of April and the 6th of may. The shop owner has also closed its shop when I checked today. The person had a regular profile pic of themself, 3 reviews on another custom helmet saying the quality was good and one saying it was a great birthday gift. I even messaged them about details and sizing and they responded with sizing details and how they did a small sale to gather some traction on their page. Should I request a refund from Etsy or is this normal? Do internationals take super long? Was this person real or just a big scammer?!? Please Help!!!
