Adding new products usually increases activity on my store... Would it be beneficial to add things as draft then publish one a day rather than publish 20 listings in one day?

Usually whenever I publish a bunch of new products, I get a little increase in sales and activity on my store. Would it be beneficial to add things as drafts and add one item a day rather than 20 items in one day?
