I'll keep it short. A few months ago Etoro asked for evidence from my bank account how I fund my account. So I filtered the info to give just the pertinent info.

Wind on a few months and they're now asking for the 5th time, each time I have uploaded different documents they requested totalling over 20 uploads. This new request is for 4 months of unfiltered statements. In said statements I have money deposited from one of my other accounts.

I'm now fearing this has no end. Will they then start asking for statements from my other bank account? How far can they go with this? It feels like persecution. If I'm being asked every month for new info then the shine of this trading platform will quickly disappear. Such a shame.

Platinum plus member. Does not feel very special.

Questions for you. Has anyone gone through similar? Does it ever stop? Any financial lawyers reading can tell me if they're allowed to bully me every single month?

I don't feel indignant yet, just would like to know there's an end to this...
