So I fully admit this may not be the right sub for this and if it breaks any community guidelines I’ll happily remove it and post it on the right sub if pointed in the right direction. I’ve got two separate non related questions for y’all
First off, Does anyone know of a good dog trainer who’s local to Etobicoke? I just got a four month old husky a week ago and while he’s the most gentle and chill dog I’ve ever had he’s lacking on basic commands and it’s causing a little bit of trouble. I’d also like to add that I’m legally blind so travelling is a bit challenging due to how reliable the ttc is out our end of the city so the closer they are to Kipling and Eglinton they are the better.
Secondly, I’ve recently started to detach myself from a rather toxic relationship that I’ve been in for seven years and as a result of it I’ve lost the majority of my social circle. Yes that is absolutely the reason I got a puppy 😂 I’m a 34 year old white male, kind of chunky so I’m not the most active but I do like to get out and stretch my legs when possible. I am passionate about all sorts of nerd culture be it fantasy, sci-fi, video games you name it. I used to play in several local bands that didn’t amount to a whole lot but as a result I have a special place in my heart for live music. I guess what I’m saying is would anyone like to talk and or eventually grab a cup of coffee? It’s been a lonely couple of years living in isolation in a post covid world.
Thank you for taking the time and hope you can find a way to enjoy this brisk weather we are having this morning
