dealing with shame

hi all! my partner (26, nonbinary) and i (25, nonbinary) recently opened our relationship after discussing it for awhile. this change was definitely initiated by me, and while my partner has consented to us opening up and what that could look like, they are not actively seeking other partners.
despite not "acting on" ENM yet myself, i'm having a lot of feelings come up. mostly shame about wanting sex outside of our relationship and internalized shame about my sexuality. i'm worried others may judge those I sleep with or what my relationship structure looks like
would love to hear about how others have navigated sex-related shame in the context of ENM, as well as ENM relationship-based shame! TIA
