I’m looking for some advice or perspective from others who may have tried to date someone that lives near them. I matched with a neighbor on Feeld and didn’t realize it until he shared a full photo of himself and told me we lived in the same neighborhood( he wanted to be discreet on there for work). He recognized who I was when he swiped right and doesn’t seem to have any issues with talking/ getting to know me on more than a friend level. We are just messaging currently but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to potentially date someone so close by. On the other hand it could be nice as I already pass him nearly on a weekly basis as we walk our dogs around lol. Could be nice to have a companion to hang out with often. My husband is fully supportive of me meeting him as we are in an open relationship and I’m looking to find a more long term partner or fwb with an emphasis on the friend part. Has anyone else had something similar happen and did you try to date them? He’s a really nice guy and we have a lot in common as far as I can tell from messaging him. I’m thinking of giving it a shot?
