So me and my partner are fairly new to enm, about a year. She has been intimate with partners before and I have total compersion no problem and just need typical reconnection after she has been on a date. I have played with other guys (I am bi ) and this is generally not a problem, but we are also just wanting some general advice on any suggestions for emotional pre-care because i am having a date this weekend that is expected to include intimacy for the first time in that relationship. I’m not great with wording in questions so if you need something clarified go ahead. Just really looking for what others have done that has helped or conversely what has not helped
