Asus Prime B360M-A mining rig, can’t add 5th GPU ?

Trying to add a 5th GPU to my hiveos mining rig. I have two risers plugged into the PCie 1x mini slots and a multi 4 port card plugged into the pci 16x slot with two risers plugged into it. GPUs are AMD RX 6700 XT’s. They were doing great so decided to add another 6700 xt on. No matter what port I plug into on the riser or rearrange them around it either fails and dumps to the bios screen or just hangs. Do I need a second GPU riser board? Some setting I’m missing? Thanks in advance!
