Issues with Ipad

Sometimes when I play on iPad it is fine but other times I can't interact properly with cards. I can touch a card to move it slightly, but cannot drag it into play. I don't have this problem with other card games so I don't think it is a specifically my iPad problem. Does anyone have this issue? Any work around?
