Hey folks. I've been seeing a lot of frustration about the cost of draft. Many people, including myself, couldn't really care less about constructed and only want to draft. Since draft's payout is significantly tied up in card product, this isn't ideal. There's no way to turn shiftstone into gold, so shiftstone piles up, unused or underused.

A solution I feel has real potential is subscription-based phantom drafts. Let me pay $30-40/month for unlimited phantom drafts. Phantom drafts involve not keeping the cards you draft and getting minimal prize payouts. It's more than I would pay for gems in the same amount of time, and it doesn't make it easier for me to increase my collection (so DWD isn't really losing money if I choose to get more into constructed).

This could even be a tiered system, and it could use Gems instead of a recurring subscription. Lots of room for adjustment.
