So I’ve been at a post with what to do with my skin or what I need due to bad mental health. So I usually will wash my face at night and in the morning with something not so stripping.

So in the morning I wash with a foam cleanser or cream cleanser. I use cerave sue to buying it for my lashes and just using the extra. Then I’ll use my la roche posay water spray, then it’ll be my Trader Joe’s hyalornic acid serum, then I’ll go in with the Paula’s choice water electrolytes moisturizer. I’ll usually finish it off with an occlusive if I’m feeling dehydrated. If not then I’ll use my black girl sunscreen hybrid.

In the nighttime I’ll wash my face with my la roche posay foaming cleaner after I use oil or micellar water to remove makeup. Then I’ll go in with my Paula’s choice hydrating toner both morning and night. Using the water spray again, then I’ll use my Paula’s choice retinol then my bioderma body cream all over my face around my eyes. Then if I feel like I need then the ciabomb b6 one by la roche posay.

For exfoliating I’ll normally just use my retinol but if I need to do something physical I’ve been using the dermologica daily exfoliatant. I’ll also use my skin script enzymes if I want to switch it up.
