Hi! My clients keep requesting the Hydrafacial by name so I am thinking of buying the device for my spa (I am the owner). However before I pull the trigger I would like to hear your opinions on your experience using the machines.

Two questions:

a) I know they had some issues with the Syndeo 1.0 and 2.0 but the rep assures me that they have fully resolved the issues with the Syndeo 3.0. Has this been your experience as well or are they still running into issues?

b) Is it easy to upsell customers on other treatments if I offer Hydrafacials to bring them in through the door? Has anyone done any calculations on the payback for these machines including the cost of consumables (costs) and upsells (revenues)?
