Five players we should get rid of/trade (who are generally in our 22 often - don’t bring in people who primarily are in our VFL squad) - opinions, no arguments, discussions are all good.
Post Body

My five and opinion:

1) Harry Jones: Gumbleton 2.0 and his body will never develop. Not much else to say.

2) Sneiling: Harsh but he cannot break into the team consistently, chases and applies some pressure but not enough, especially with young pocket forwards developing.

3) Shiel: I know he can be elite and no, we will not get rid of him but he hasn’t brought the skills to the club we need. Nothing we can do here but once he’s done a good opportunity for the club like Martin to get in the Centre.

4) Zerk: Overrated. Takes an incept mark but cannot shut down a key forward; bags are constantly kicked on him. Always 10m away from his own opponent. I don’t believe his going further than this, especially with his body.

5) McGrath: Good player, we haven’t developed him right or put him in his rightful position. Besides Charlie Cameron I have no idea who he has genuinely shut down. Not for us but I think he deserves to go someone else that’s going to let him run and be a midfielder.

Overall the backline struggles, we need to recruit there, a lever, a Stewart, a Keith - rids is great but need another.
