Was there an update for scav accuracy?

Scavs have felt weird Af to me this wipe so far.
Sometimes they can tank 8 PS shots to the chest no armour, but honestly what’s getting me is these scavs that engage me from 100 meters and literally insta head eyes me within 1 sec of sight line while sprinting between cover.And this has happened to me the last 5 raids in a row.
Not meaning to sound like a bitch post or anything at all, I just genuinely want to if there was an update to it, and if you have had any such experiences?

They probably just copy and pasted the raider health and AI onto normal scavs
