CPU: Ryzen 3700x
GPU: rtx 2070 super
ram: 16gb 3200 mhz
Mother board: ASrock b450m
I turned XMP on Ram (16 GB) runs at 3200 MHz. I've done some slight OC for both CPU and GPU, Neither reached temps above 70c while playing tarkov. I turned everything as low as possible with MIP on and off, I turned on vsync turned vsync off, I've tried dlss on and off don't make a difference, even when I turn everything up to the highest setting it stays within the same exact 55-65 (lighthouse). The only time it changes is when I turn on super sampling but that lowers fps. I honestly have no clue what to do.
Other games run fine like MW2, MW2019, and cyberpunk 2077, Just to name a few. cyberpunk often runs like 84 frames per second on all Ultra/psycho settings, and that game is like 50 times better looking than this game. I know I should just dish out an extra 3000$ to upgrade my rig but maybe someone here can list things I can do to fix the problem.
FPS I get on other maps are also capped and never change no matter what graphic settings I change (Frames basically increase by 1 frame). These are also all tested in actual lobbies and not in Single player lobbies
