Cheaters and the KO mechanic

While I do like the idea of occasionally being knocked out and it will add more dynamic to fights, I’m worried cheaters are just gonna be able to knock someone out, loot them, and never get reported (as long as it’s just a knock out). I don’t see how BSG could mitigate that without actually watching for hackers and not just going by reports. What do you guys think?
