Where do I find my local.ini to set the refresh rate

Elo my friends,
I just got EFT and I noticed it's running on 60hz. I would like to set the refresh rate higher, but can't find the config (local.ini) in my documents. I basically don't have an "Escape from Tarkov" folder in my documents.
