I think he should be able to buy different shoes/boots from ragman services. They would have an effect on your PMC too. Let’s say you are going to interchange, we’ll the smart thing to do would be to buy a pair of sneakers. When walking around the mall the rubber souls will make them fairly quieter and your movement would be better while traversing the tile floor. But if you wear those sneakers to woods you’ll have a harder time and move slower over the rougher terrain. A pair of boots would be more suited for woods but if you bring them indoors they will be much louder and it will be a little harder to make quick movements.

Lmk what you think about this, sometimes my ideas are fun sounding but wouldn’t work very well in practice.
