I just have to ask: I am lvl 25 and have not found a single one this wipe. I run my scav on perma cooldown on interchange/ reserve and loot every pc, safe and file cabinate but haven't seen a single one.
Does anybody else suffer from this, or do I need a better gaming chair?

Edit: Seems like I'm just unlucky. Thanks for the suggestions though, maybe I manage to unlock Peacekeeper by running to those places.
