black screen at end of scav then only got the loot i spawned in with which wasnt found in raid

I ran an interchange scav run, and ran around, looted up, got some decent stuff like a 1gphone and pressure gauge and some other miscellaneous shit, go and hit exfil, successfully exfil, then i got a black screen for about 3 mins and by the time the raid ended screeen showed and i got to the loot transfer screen, all my loot was gon except for the mags and stuff i had spawned in with at the beginning, and it wasnt even found in raid which is the weirdest part since it was a scav
