Why does my game keep crashing?

Hey guys,so I’ve got a decent setup,RTX 2060S with a r5 3600,not a super top level performer but usually in game I’m sitting around 80-90 FPS with very rare drops to 60 but randomly with zero warning my game will freeze in raid and send me back to the desktop
