As a new player the best way I have found to play the game is to get in raid, find a bush, and wait until 15 mins left in the raid...
By this time most two and three team groups have left and exit campers have given up...
You'll have the place to yourself and can focus on killing scavs/looting...
Makes the game so much more enjoyable.
