Selecting ALL servers

Why can I not select all the servers in the list? I bought the Europe region version of the game and I can select the US and Europe servers but that’s it. There are a lot of other servers but they’re greyed out. I feel like ping is a huge factor in this game so why can’t I just play on the server I want?
