I've done Getting Acquainted, accepted the quest Information Source, then killed the guards on my way out without knowing I shouldn't. Then, I did Making Amends and got another V3 flash drive and encoded the DSP again. Went to see lightkeeper, accepted the mission rewards, then on my way out there was a guard prone in a bush right next to the exit and I guess I got too close without even seeing him so they started to all fire on me and I'm locked out again. I've been looking for another V3 flash drive but to my understanding it only spawns when Getting Acquainted or Making Amends is active.

So, am I permanently locked out from doing Lightkeeper for the wipe since another flash drive won't spawn and I can't do the craft for the DSP?
